·         Manage the day-to-day operations of the Islamic Bank branch, Including opening and closing procedures, cash management, implementation of AML/ CFT regulations and security protocols, Operational Risk Management etc.
·         Ensure that the branch is in compliance with all banking regulations/ policies both internal and regulatory perspective.
·         Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
·         Coach and develop branch staff providing training, guidance and support as needed.
Monitor and manage branch performance, including dormant account activation and fee income, customer satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency.

Currently working As an Operations Manager at Tando Mohammad Khan Branch which Includes Sub Branch Matli.
(From 2012 working as an Operations Manager previous branches Latifabad, Sabzi Mandi Hyd & Kotri)

Ensure effective control with focus on compliance of prudential and other regulatory instructions as well as internal policies, procedures and guidelines.
Supervise complete operational functions of the branch including all reports and returns connected with it.
Ensure the complete and complied branch closing, reconciliation, book keeping and reporting on daily basis.
Take ownership of compliance, ORMU, audit & self-assessment function.
Ensure Training subordinates to undertake the audit by Internal / external / SBP Audit. Owner of Audit ratings of branch and its related FCs.
Handling all customer queries.
Serve as a backup to BM.
Act as a Chief Security, Admin officer of the branch and related Fcs.
